Making a Jammer keyboard DIY kit - shaping & costing
I've pulled a couple of keys out, and reviewed their shapes, from the viewpoint of seeing if making them and the cost hereof is feasible - the first 2 critical steps. Here's what they look like:

They are fiddly little things. However, good news! While the black and the white keys are fairly different, the critical areas of the keys appear much the same, meaning we should be able to get by with 2 sets of keys (for the odd posts and the even posts) instead of 4.
So I've contacted a couple of local (metro Vancouver) and not-so local (Hong-Kong via a local affiliate) plastic stampers to see what the cost of making a few thousand would be, assuming that I can have the molds made by a hobbist. Cross your fingers.
