Jammer Key Pair - more easily molded in 2 halves?
Above is the 2 replacement keys (for the "even" and the "odd" notes) shown upside down, so you can see the complexity of the shapes.
Strangely, if the shapes are cut into two, filleted right straight down the long axis, and laid out flat on the flanks, the shape becomes, I hope, simpler to create a mold for.
